I am both a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst and a Certified Transactional Analyst, which qualify me for registration with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)as a psychotherapist. I am also listed on the UKCP Supervision Directory. I have worked in mental health throughout my career. In 2004 I was one of the founders of Growing Well, a mental health charity based at Low Sizergh Farm, which combines organic growing with mental health recovery. I manged the charity for ten years from its inception, alongside my work as psychotherapist in private practice. In 2014 I founded an NHS funded therapeutic community for people with diagnoses of personality disorder within Growing Well, which I managed and worked within as a psychotherapist for the four years that the programme ran for. Since 2018 I have balanced the roles of psychotherapist, supervisor of other therapists and counsellors, and trainer of psychotherapists.
