What data I collect

If you contact me via my website, email or phone, I may collect: your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to share.

If you decide to enter into therapy, I also collect: contact details and date of birth, GP and emergency contact details, and brief clinical notes relevant to our work.

If you decide to enter into supervision, I also collect contact details and brief supervisory notes relevant to our work.

How your data is used

Your data is used to: respond to your enquiry, provide psychotherapeutic or supervisory services, meet legal, ethical and professional obligations

How your data is stored

Clinical records are stored securely using GDPR-compliant systems. Records are kept for 7 years after the end of therapy or supervision and then securely destroyed or deleted

Your rights

You have a right to:

• Access your personal data

• Request corrections

• Request restriction or deletion where appropriate

Requests will be responded to within 30 days

Complaints

If you have a concern about the handling of your data, please contact me in the first instance. I will respond within 30 days and aim provide an outcome without undue delay.

If you remain unsatisfied, you then have the right to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
